10 WEEK SPRING INTO SUMMER CHALLENGE 2016 WINNER.

Kristy was our winner, losing body fat and gaining lean muscle.

She achieved this by learning how to eat the right foods to help her build muscle and thus reducing fat.

Her training included weighted deadballs, ropes, tyreflipping, boxing and bodyweight exercises.

 

Our 10 WEEK 2017 Spring into Summer Challenge winner was Natalie Robinson.

Natalie lost 6.4kg and burnt 23.5cms of bodyfat in 10weeks. She learnt the right foods to boost her metabolism and get her body into fatburning mode. She has built learn muscle and has learnt through good nutrition and regular exercise to keep it off and keep achieving more.

I, have been informed of, understand and am aware that any exercise program, is a potentially hazardous activity. I also have been informed of, understand and am aware that any exercise and/or fitness activities involve a risk of injury, as well as abnormal changes in blood pressure, fainting, and a remote risk of heart attack, stroke, other serious disability or death, and that I am voluntarily participating in these activities with full knowledge, understanding and appreciation of the dangers involved.
