What Is ICE?

ICE stands for Intense Cardio Exercise.

It is designed to get your heart racing in a short period of time.

A typical ICE session can be anywhere between 15 and 30 minutes, with short intervals for recovery.

It can be performed with or without equipment.

Using weights such as weighted balls can enhance the workout and help increase lean muscle, through combining aerobic and anaerobic pathways to get even more results.

In any event, I acknowledge and agree that I assume the risks associated with any and all fitness related activities and/or exercises in which I participate.
